Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows


- $4.95 Shipping Nationwide U.S.A

- $18 for Express Delivery (2 Business Days)   

- $36 for Rushed Delivery (1 Business Day)

We have 1-2 business days handling time for orders. After that, delivery time is between 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays shipping time may vary. Thank you for your patience.


Returns


We provide each customer with a 100% money back guarantee if all products are in good condition, within 30 days of delivery. We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received a wrong merchandise. Please be sure to keep a copy of your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we received the returned product.  We are not responsible for lost packages. Sorry for the inconvenience. But we will gladly give you a special discount towards your next purchase.

 Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Cancellations

Order cancellations is not acceptable once the product is ship. If the order has not been shipped then we will be happy to cancel it and payment will be credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?


As soon as an order is submitted and paid, your order status will show as "Processing".  We pride ourselves in having an efficient and fast turnaround time so that our customers receive their merchandise earliest as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is being processed and prepared for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has passed the “processing” status.
